Dr. KD Ankita is the Managing Director of She For STEM, a global initiative dedicated to advancing women’s representation in science, technology, engineering, and medicine (STEM).

With a Ph.D. in Life Sciences and professional experience spanning startups, digital learning platforms, SaaS enterprises, and healthcare-focused roles, she has built a career at the intersection of research, innovation, and business leadership. Her journey includes developing prototypes at startup hackathons, leading customer success in global organizations, and driving impactful digital and data-driven solutions.

In 2024, she launched She For STEM to address the underrepresentation of women in high-growth industries such as AI, aerospace, quantum computing, and biomedical research. Her mission is to unlock opportunities through global STEM conferences, mentorship, and leadership development, enabling women to take center stage in emerging fields and global forums.

As a mentor, leader, and changemaker, Dr. KD Ankita continues to inspire women worldwide to break barriers and lead the future of science and technology.
